Provenance
Gift of Ellis B. Usher, Usher’s grandson, in 1910 (acc. no. 1910.012). The original donor letter was found in one of the folders and put into the source file.
Processing note
In trying to find the certificate of gift information, it was discovered that the accession numbers on the label were not for this collection. All the documents were already in archival folders, so the correct accession number was added to each folder. There was a handwritten inventory in the source file.
