Audiovisual material on VHS, microfilm/fiche, disk, and audio and digital video cassette.
Videos on VHS (Boxes 135-137) relate to hospital administration, clinical departments, institutional history, medical history, volunteer services, staff, education and training, and non-clinical departments. Microfilm/fiche (Boxes 138-140) houses early governance and institutional records. Disks and cassettes (Box 141) include oral histories, along with other miscellaneous material.
Digital files originally housed on CD, DVD, and thumb drive were transferred to the MHS server. See Box 148 for original media formats, retained until 2043, per the instituional retentional schedule.
