Testimony opposing a proposed development on Burnt Jacket Mountain, in the middle of Moosehead Lake. J. Peter Monro's testimony was adopted, and landowner withdrew application for rezoning. Includes drafts and preparation for testimony, response paperwork, and a CD of photographs.

Channelside is a historic John Calvin Stevens-designed home in Cape Elizabeth. It was the subject of the 1997 Designers Show House fund-raiser. Monro Associates landscaped the approach.

The William T. Donnell House at Maine Maritime Museum, in Bath, was the home of a prominent shipbuilding family in the late 19th century. The show house project highlighted its Victorian design. Monro Associates contributed to the landscaping.
