Processing note

Files arrived arranged by project and organized by client name, whether personal, commercial, municipal, or non-profit. Series and folder arrangement and titles were retained, reflecting the original order established by the creator, despite some repetition.

Slides and negatives were sleeved, including those that arrived in slide carousels. Landscape and architectural drawings originally housed in portfolios or flat in large boxes were housed in an oversize box. Those that arrived folded or interfiled with project documents were left in place. Photographs were removed from film processing envelopes and any identifying information transferred to archival enclosures. When pertinent, negatives associated with specific packets of prints were labeled and identified. Digital files on thumb drive and CD were transferred to the MHS hard drive; original media was retained.
