Scope and Contents

Ben Page and Lee Webb organized this national vigil. They sent out 2,000 announcements. On Christmas Eve night, only 11 people showed up at the White House, amidst the snow. The AP interviewed Webb, and the news of the vigil appeared in newspapers around the country.
