Contains records of various volunteer organizations formed to offer practical, social, and financial support to the patients and staff of Maine General Hospital (MGH), Children’s Hospital (CH), and, upon their merger, Maine Medical Center (MMC). Material documents membership, initiatives, and organizational history via meeting minutes, financial statements and ledgers, correspondence, brochures, and newspaper clippings. Series files are arranged chronologically.
