Scope and Contents
Documents the organization and work of institutional, affiliate, and regional health professions education and training programs. Majority of series relates to the various nursing schools operated by Maine General Hospital (MGH), Maine Medical Center (MMC), Children’s Hospital (CH), and Maine Eye and Ear Infirmary (MEEI), and includes class lists, educational material, student work, and programming. Additionally, contains material related to various medical schools and programs in Maine, MGH/MMC residency and house staff programs, and intra- and inter-institutional training and continuing education initiatives. Material consists primarily of documents, including reports, correspondence, and memoranda, as well as publications and marketing materials. Series files are arranged chronologically.
