Scope and Contents
Material in this subseries relates to Webb’s involvement in Maine local and state politics, organizations, and initiatives, as well as his pursuit of a PhD at the University of Maine. The writings produced during his PhD program include bibliographies, chronologies, papers, thesis and dissertation drafts and material, and talks by Webb based on his research. Note that these writings draw on the research material collected and arranged in Series I. At the end of the subseries is a small selection of personal files detailing Webb’s map collection, MHS gift records, and sketches.
