Also includes line drawing of land deeded to Marcia Reed Binford from her brother Marshall E. Reed (1954).

Some indicate items belonged to "Mr. Foster" (possibly relative of Elizabeth Ann (Foster) Abbot) but others not identified. Included is a published version of Collis P. Huntington's will; arrived housed with inventories.
