Includes notes and records related to the John Reed homestead, Swain & Reed properties (see also Swain & Reed, Inc. records, Box 5/Folder 5), and various Roxbury land ownership information, including a memoranda notebook with descriptions of local farms. Notes dated 1955, as is envelope addressed to Mrs. V.A. Binford (Marcia Reed Binford), return address U.S. Department of Agriculture, in which records arrived.
