Bar Harbor college partially built on the Byrne Estate, later the site of the Oblate Fathers of Mary Immaculate Seminary, who used the site as a monastery. Beatrix Farrand designed some of the original gardens. Includes Byrne Estate and garden slides (images ca. 1929-1985), including Beatrix Farrand garden plan.
