Includes slides and prints depicting portions of the trail and work on the trail, as well as meetings and hikers. CDs include digital photographs and administrative files and documents, as do floppy disks. Most of the digital material appears to be unique and not represented elsewhere in the collection. Note that not all floppy disks are currently accessible as they require updates to open; these are noted at the item level. CDs 1-20 are also available digitally, via MHS servers; all other digital media has not been migrated and can be accessed via original medium.

Many of the photographs were taken by Will (Wilfred E.) Richard. Slides in Box 23 were originally housed as Volume 1, Box 24 as Volume 2, Box 25 as Volumes 3 and 4. Slides in Box 25 were housed as Volume 5 and described as a selection of best photographs. Slides by Richard donated in 2023 are also housed in Box 25.

Box 27 contains VHS tapes that have not been digitized.
