These papers represent PDM’s involvement in local business and industry associations directly related to transport, lumber and cargo, as well as general economic development across the state. This series is organized into five major subseries showing PDM’s leadership within general business associations (8.1) and community organizations (8.2), but also C.A.R.E.S. (8.3) and University of New England (8.5). There is no subseries 8.4. Additionally, one small subseries represents a selection of personal papers (8.6).
